Privacy policy

This policy explains how Pacific Coast Surgical Solutions ("PCSS," "we") handles information collected through this website. It does not cover patient information, which must never be sent through this website.

Information you give us

When you use our forms, you may give us your name, practice or organization, role, specialty, work email, phone number, state, your area of interest and a message. We use it to respond to your request, provide account and service support, and manage our business relationship with you.

Wholesale accounts and orders use the signed-in portal. It stores business contact and shipping details, agreements and stock orders; it does not collect patient information.

Our educational tools keep written-order draft practice details and items in your browser, and quantity-calculator inputs in the page link; neither sends them to us. The tools never ask for patient information. If analytics is on, finishing the documentation self-check records your score. Older saved public order lists are no longer used; you can remove saved browser data by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Patient information

Please do not include patient information — such as names, dates of birth, Medicare numbers or clinical details — in any website form. For patient-specific orders and documents, use the separate Equipia workflow. Its access link is not available here yet; contact PCSS for access help. If patient information is submitted by mistake, contact us so we can remove it.

Information collected automatically

• Our hosting provider records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
• If you arrive through a link with campaign tags (for example, utm_source), the tags, the referring site and the first page you visited are kept in your browser for the visit and sent with any form you submit, so we know which outreach is useful.
• We may use web analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. Analytics providers may set cookies.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that work on our behalf — such as website hosting, customer relationship management (CRM), email and billing partners — only as needed to provide our services. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the contact information you have given us, or to stop contacting you, by calling (803) 422-2710. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you submit and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

This site is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses and is not directed to children.
