It is not medical, billing, coding or legal advice. Clinical decisions belong to the treating practitioner, and coverage and payment are determined by each payer under its own policies. Confirm coding with your billing staff and check current policy sources before relying on them.

Products, pricing and orders

Product availability, sizes and case configurations may change. Wholesale pricing is available to signed-in customers in the wholesale portal. Orders, account terms and services are governed by the applicable order, account terms and any separate written agreement between you and Pacific Coast Surgical Solutions.

Services

Billing and documentation-audit services are provided only under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site creates a service relationship.

Patient information

Do not submit patient information through this site. Patient-direct orders and documents use the separate Equipia workflow, not this site or the wholesale portal; contact us for access help. See our privacy policy.
